How do I return an item?
**Please be sure your items follow our return guidelines.
If they do not the return will be rejected.
Enclose the pack-slip along with the items you are returning.
Please indicate why you are returning the items.

This helps us get your return processed quickly and efficiently.
Returns are processed within 3-4 business days after received.
Can I bring my return into the store?
Yes! You may bring your return in store in exchange for store credit.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Since we are a growing small business with an in-store boutique as well as on online boutique our inventory is constantly changing. Therefore, we cannot guarantee an item will be in-stock by the time we receive your return. For that reason, and your convenience, we cannot do exchanges.
Can I get a refund?
As we are a small, family -owned, company we are unable to process refunds. We offer store credit for returns and are happy to answer any questions you may have. Feel free to call us anytime at 706-573-4093 ( Monday - Friday 9am - 5 pm CT).
What if my items are incorrect/damaged?
We do our best to inspect each of our items carefully, but unfortunately, mistakes do happen. Please send a picture of the damaged item to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order#. If you received an incorrect item please email us with the SKU# of the item you received and the SKU# of the item you was supposed to receive. We will be happy to make things right. We want you to have a pleasant experience with us here at Curvy Couture Boutique.
Have you received my return yet?
Each return is processed one at a time. If can take up to 4 business days for the time to be processed once it has been received. To speed up with processing time, please fill out a return request for each of your items. This can be emailed to you. We will email you with your store credit once the return process is complete.
How do I use my store credit?
You will need to log in to your account before you shop. It is best to use a computer rather than a mobile device. Store credit will automatically apply during step 4 of the checkout process. If you have any questions please call before you place the order as the order cannot be changed once completed.
